All orders completed by 1PM will be shipped the same day, however orders completed afterwards may be dispatched the following day.

Express Shipping (1-2 Days Average) - £4.95

These delivery times are guides only - We offer no guarantees and accept no liability for packages arriving late. We will only offer refunds on shipping costs should your package not arrive at all.

If you are concerned that your package has gone missing, please contact us and we will contact the relevant shipping company. Missing parcels can only be officially declared as such after 14 working days from initial shipment date. Once this 14 working day period has passed, you may request a refund on your shipping costs by emailing adam[at]juice33.com.
